Business inquiry information
Custom Awning Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice explains the information requested by the website's business inquiry interface. It describes the visible form and browser storage used by Custom Awning Sourcing. Operational handling, hosting and connected production systems need to be confirmed as part of the deployed service; this notice does not assert unverified security certifications, storage regions or retention periods.
Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, optional company and phone, and a written purchasing requirement. The requirement may describe product specifications, variant quantities, destination, requested timing and documents needed. Optional product interest, budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are combined with the same requirement message when the browser prepares a submission.
A buyer can write those optional details directly in the requirement when JavaScript is unavailable. Do not send payment-card information, personal identity records or other sensitive information through this form. Share another person's contact details or a confidential drawing only when you have authority and an appropriate follow-up arrangement.
Purpose and sourcing follow-up
Business information is requested to understand the requirement, ask clarifying questions and coordinate supplier quotation discussions. A proposed manufacturer may need relevant product and delivery details to respond. Any supplier handoff, data recipient or operational process should be explained in the actual sourcing conversation before sensitive commercial materials are exchanged.
Submitting an inquiry is not a purchase, product reservation or approval of a supplier. It does not create a published testimonial. Avoid putting confidential details in blog comments: a comment belongs to a different communication context from a private purchasing brief, and the deployed comment handling must be reviewed before use.
Browser storage and your choices
The sourcing benefit component stores its initial display time in local browser storage to enforce a maximum seven-day presentation window. Session storage records closing the notice for the current browser session. These display preferences are separate from the requirement textarea; the optional commercial summary is prepared during serialization without changing your original text.
Clearing browser storage can remove local preferences. That action does not withdraw an inquiry already sent to a deployed endpoint. For a question about submitted business information, use the contact inquiry route with enough context to identify the request, and avoid repeating sensitive details. Read the Terms of Service for the website's procurement boundaries.
