Specify width × projection in inches or centimeters, mounting arrangement and the intended outdoor use. Separate an entire awning assembly from replacement fabric. Ask suppliers to identify shell and frame materials, fabric weight and the proposed operating mechanism.
State pieces or complete sets and the number of each color or size. A set needs an explicit component list. Confirm brackets, hardware, controls and carry pack where applicable; a lower unit price may exclude parts included in another quotation.
Provide the US delivery destination and requested timing. Carton dimensions, gross weight and pack ratio affect freight comparison. Ask which handling, transport and destination charges are included; an ex-factory amount cannot be compared directly with a delivered total.
